During the process of textile or PVC products production, lots of smoke /fume/ oil mist/exhaust will be produced. For example, in the process of PVC synthetic leather production, vast amounts of smoke will be produced in PVC foaming ovens or woven. The smoke mainly contains DOP, a little additives and solvents. Our Boton Air industrial ESP (electrostatic precipitator) is produced to remove the smoke. The industrial ESP (electrostatic precipitator) uses special honeycomb cell and high voltage electrostatic precipitation technology to remove the smoke and collect the valuable oil from the smoke.

The DOP smoke comes out from the PVC foaming oven, and the DOP smoke temperature reaches110℃-120℃. After the heat exchanger, the smoke temperature can be reduced to 50℃. The DOP smoke will enter into our electrostatic host. Then the DOP smoke will be filtered by high-voltage electrostatic field cell. Most of the smoke has been filtered and collected into valuable oil with 96.4% purification efficiency. No smoke can be visible at the outlet of chimney. The smoke has become clean air and taken out by exhaust fan. The collected oil (mostly DOP) can be recycled or can be sold, so the equipment investment cost will be paid back in a short period.
